hello Mikael, The day went off fantastically and the food was very good. people loved it there was not a sausage roll in sight and that is a bonus! Dave and I enjoyed it very much and that was the main thing! The puddings were scrumptious! yummy all the way. I should have ordered double of them! The sponge cake is... all gone. We all enjoyed the meal you prepared enormously and it was lovely for me to look in the fridge and see some goodies for today - will especially please my mum who is coming to stay for the weekend. A few lines to thank you for the fab food for our Hen Partie it was just amazing. The Chocolate masterclass was fantastic all the girls keep on talking about your Chocolate Pasta & The Chocolate & Beetroot cake. I would Highly recommend your services to anyone.

Many thanks for providing such lovely canapes, starters, main courses and desserts for my mother's birthday weekend. Everything kept well, reheated perfectly and meant that I could actually spend time with my family instead of slaving in the kitchen. Just wanted to say a massive thank you for our wonderful Italian Buffet on Saturday night!
Firstly you were fantastic all through the planning process and catered for our needs perfectly. You were great on the night which made the whole party planning experience more relaxing!! I had all the girls say the food was great and there was plenty of it!!
I will of course recommend you to Hembury Court for future groups!!!

Take care and if I plan another Hen Do, I will be in touch about the chocolate package! Will tell Hembury Court about that also!)

I've just returned from the Peaks and wanted to let you know what a fabulous time I've had.
Mikael was fab and the food was very good and I never left a crumb. His workshop
was very interesting and informative and have certainly opened my eyes to ingredients and portion control.
Can't thank you enough for such a fabulous week, Sandy, Wendy and I are planning on visiting again next year to get another kick, all being well.
